We were first time buyers looking for a mortgage, and Jasmina was extremely helpful and patient. She explained the whole process to us and always answered our questions promptly. Since one of our incomes was not in GBP, we had limited options of lenders which is why we decided to use a mortgage advisor in the first place, and Jasmina found a deal we were happy with.
